October 28, 2017 all roads led to Adegbeyemi street, off Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos where the first Steem-Lagos workshop was held.

We have VIP guests like @fisteganos, @oluwoleolaide (steem-Lagos Executive)@ejemai, @lucashunter, @cwen, @smyle, @sweetestglo-eu @bob-elr(myself) @ewusos, @jossidicus and so many more.

We also had some newbies that were adopted into the system. Some of the speeches given below.

@oluwoleolaide in the picture.
The director of the steem-lagos he is, opened the session with warm welcome speech. Then he invited the following great men :

@ejemai

Gave his speech - narrated how he came by The "Steem Acceleration Hub"(STACH) as his first initiative on the need to cushion the data subscription effect on steemians. @ejemai who was an ex-banker for over 9years forsaw a lasting bright future of steemit hence the creation of Stach.

@ejemai : "Due to the vast increase in the numbers of steemians, Nigerians most especially, there is need to harmonise the concerned communities - Stach and Steem-Lagos, maybe Steemit in Nigeria, under one umbrella in a bid to establish a guaranteed future on steemit.

Proceeding further he emphasized on the need to retain investors in the system and not those that in fact, trying to milk Wealth and vamoose.

@fisteganos

A cool dude, with a humble appearance.
Until he affirmed to be who he is, I found it incredible he's the @fisteganos who has been doing miracles on steemit.

I was actually expecting someone as big as say yokosunah with pot belly to come out and say ***"I am fisteganos, but I was dumbfounded to saw a young able man came out and addressed us.

From his speech, he had authored several achievements and he's not intending to quit. If you're actually looking for a whale, he's one.

@Lucashunter

If I was told this guy would know what is SMT, I would bet my steemit account. But in fact, he's a guru.
He broke my head and pasted facts about steemit and other Blockchain technology.

With his statistical analysis, I agreed steem will skyrocket if the SMTs has come to stay.

As his name implies, he hunts everything about Blockchain technology.

At this time, @oluwoleolaide had prepared us for an online video conference call with @surpassinggoogle. ![image]() Can you imagine that moment when @surpassinggoogle appeared on the screen and everyone was filled with such elation. He's truly a man of the people. With about an hour on call with him, he advised the team on the steps toward attaining greatness. The team is determined to set into action to form a formidable force of an exception.

As I'm writing this, @ejemai is on a visit with the Steemit in Nigeria team for the project.

The future of steemit is here.
Nigerians are doing all possible best to ensure high innovation standard in the system.

Reminder

Countdown to SIN.
The steemit in Nigeria conference is four days to go. All roads lead to Ile-Ife Osun State on November 2nd and 3rd, 2017.

I'm sure you don't want to miss it.

I'm your humble guy.
