The 2nd global summit held in my school, made me realize what made me become a better person. Thanks to "Fred Barnes".

We always face challenges in life. These challenges shape us into better version of ourselves. Overcoming these obstacles takes lots of patience and discipline . We understand that challenges help us a lot, but we always don't like facing them. We are always scared of facing challenges. This attitude is what makes most people fail in life.

I decided to write this article, to educate us all ,on how to become better people . I know I don't have any say in your lives, but these steps helped me in becoming better man. Yes, a man. A man, who decided that his life needed change ,and in order to achieve this, he had to be better.
Here are some few steps to lead you :

  1. Accept that change is constant:
    Life isn't always full of joy and smooth sailing. There are always hard times and there are good times. Problems will rise, and they will fall. Depending on you. Change is constant. Always accept change and adapt to change.

  1. Always Emit positivity:
    In a book written by Norman Vincent Peale, it states that ‘The Power of Positivity’ tells us to “go out of your way to speak optimistically about everything.” By emitting positivity, you stand out from the crowd, because of the positive vibes you carry.
    This helps a lot of people in every aspect of their lives. Especially during job opportunities .

  1. Have a high standard of integrity :
    Yes people, this is one very important factor that helped my life. We are always told to put other people before ourselves. This is a lie because this will just let them walk over us.

  1. Always find something to be grateful for:
    By always being grateful, even for the smallest things, will help us develop an immune mental system to fight negativity . Negativity is what kills us whenever we have a problem. This is a prime factor to failure. Negativity holds us back. It clears all our hope and leaves us with fear. The fun fact is that we all can overcome it. Simply by being grateful, even when facing a problem, find something to be grateful for. This attitude will help you overcome any aspect of negativity,that tries to weigh us down..

Thanks to the lecturers for enlightening us all. I am really grateful for these lectures. I believe they have changed a piece of my life.
