Lagos, Nigeria is the most populous city and also the commercial headquarters of the country with a population of over 20million. It boasts of thousands of firms, businesses and tech hubs. Tech hubs such as Wennovation Hub, iDEA Hub, Co-creation Hub (which was visited by facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerburg when he visited Nigeria).
It is known that Yaba, Lagos is the Silicon Valley of Nigeria due to many tech hubs located there and lots of start-ups emerging from there too. No wonder, Mark Zuckerburg visited the place when he was around. He was happy with the development and has promised to contribute to the development of technology around there.
Most people in Lagos have that money making mentality: do anything possible to make money; I no kuku come Lagos come count bridge, they will say. This mentality has motivated people to hustling day and night in the city. If there is a decentralized center that can speak to people about the benefits of Steemit, definitely, we will all be amazed with the turn-out towards Steemit. That is the main strategy being used in sports betting business, they provide enough shops where anybody can just enter and place a bet. These bet shops serve as their own hubs.

Steemit hubs can also carry out social responsibilities in their resident communities by providing free Wi-Fi and electricity for these communities; they can also serve as a meeting, conference or a learning center. It can be beneficial to start-ups coming up. BudIT emerged from Co-Creation Hub. I like the sound and picture of the first cryptocurrency hub in Lagos. A hub makes it easier for people to come around, meet-up, register and start writing to earn the almighty steem dollars.
What are we waiting for? Let us all come together and make it happen. I know there is a cryptocurrency hub in Port Harcourt and Uyo already, STACH, they are doing very fine. A Lagos hub will definitely do fine too and draw a lot of people to Steemit. Let us welcome the first Lagos cryptocurrency hub. Let us support the movement #projectmillionnairepeople#lagossteemithub#steemitgoingviral and make Steemit successful in Africa’s most populous nation.

Good. But it is not only needed in lagos. And other states across nigeria. Steemit is sense making. It should extended throughout the country.
