We are created collaborative beings. The best in us comes to play and goals are easier achieved when we collaborate. However, we must be intentional and strategic in choosing the people we work with and follow. A proverb in my local language translates thus : The sheep that walks with a dog will definately eat 'shit'.

Ultimately, the company you keep determines what accompanies you. If you keep value-adding company and work/walk with them, value will automatically accompany you.
