I have suffered depression most of my adult life but I have always tried my best to rise above it. Life has its low sides but I am always hopeful that things will get better and sometimes, they do.

    Accepting that one has depression and immediately reaching out for help is a step in the right direction. @steemingnaija Yes! Things will definitely get better, just hang in there.
