5 MOST WONDERFUL WAYS INDEPENDENCE DAY IS CELEBRATED IN NIGERIA (NIGERIA @57)

Hello guys...Happy independence day..Its Nigeria @57 and its an awesome one.. Today i want to highlight five ways we can celebrate our independence day.

1. Watching Cinema:
   At this day. Some people will like to go to cinema center to watch some movies either alone or with their family. In Port Harcourt hear there are many of such kind. We have the Silva birth cinema, we also have the genesis cinema and other notable cinema centers which are all around the state.

1. Resting at home:
   Yes; some of the civil servants and workers see the public holiday as a day to rest at home and spend some time with their family. Some that has not seen there family for a long time they travel to visit them so they have wonderful time together.

1. Going to church:
   Most of our christian fellows see this day as a day they go and pray for the nation Nigeria for the peace he has giving her to last up to 57 years. They also pray for more peaceful year for her. This also applies to our Muslim brothers too. They go to the mosque to observe their prayers and also do same thing as to pray for the nation. You know, if the country is not in peace, there will be no independence day to even celebrate.

2. Partying & Clubbing:
   This is more for the youths. They go out with their loved once to clubs to celebrate the day and some times most of the married people prefer creating the party at home. Where they buy drinks, cook wonderful meal which they will all consume or eat together. Some will want to extend the happiness by inviting there friends and loved one to come and merry with them.

1. Mail or zoo:
   Some will take this day as a shopping day where they go to mails to shop and have fun. They can take pictures and videos to remember the happy day. In Port Harcourt hear, we have a well known shopping mail called the PH Shopping mail also called SPAR. It is an awesome place to do shopping for this independence day. Families also take there children to the zoo to see some wonderful animals and have fun with them. Most times telling them the history and behavior of the animals.

From this five interesting ways, you can choose any to celebrate your independence day if your a Nigerian or lives in it. You can even explore more than one of the above listed ways so your October 1st will not be an easily forgettable one.
