we see the truth
Staring right in our face with our eyes
But, then our heart ignores the truth and chooses the lie because it is weak sometimes...
Other times,
We are hurt by the truth
Therefore, we choose to believe the lie
So that we can be comfortable without knowing the pain of the truth...
And then,
It becomes clear
The pain we were avoiding begins to hunt us
The weak heart becomes ever weaker
Just because we were too blind to see the truth...
