I recently found a cryptocurrency exchange that lets you hold your proof of stake coins there and you get stake rewards there. Now you may be asking why that matters or why I'd rather do that on the website instead of the desktop wallet.
Well the main reason is because the amount that you have gets combined with everyone else's on the site. This is very good if you only have a little bit of coins. If you normally have a little bit of coins on your desktop wallet it can take you a really long time to eventually get a stake reward.
Now with this site, depending on the coin, you can stake every day or every few days. The great thing is that it has a fair stake rewards sharing so you get your rewards based of the amount you have. If you have the most out of everyone, then you get a greater amount.
If you have a small amount, the good thing is that you get to get a reward when everyone else does, but it's a smaller amount. I have just a little bit of Electra and 1337 that I put in yesterday and I got a reward today. The site is coinsmarkets if you want to check it out. Until then I'll keep you update with my results.
