well perhaps u may have luck with a star race also? i hear there's a high probality that arouund after 2020~2021 or so some actually will begin 2 converse with us on our internet.
this actually could happen now but some global goverments have a fear of allowing these beings 2 speak with us because they fear loosing there control over us. Which is hailrious because theere control has evarporting like water right now. Soon such nonsense will no longer exist and the vast majority of earth will begin 2 work together in ways deemed impossible in the recent past.

Although i guarantee you there are already communications on networks either on something like tor that are happeing with offworld/ other reality beings in digital computer like form and or one's with earth secret space programs and offworld beings. SOme groups like solar warden actually chat with them on a daily baisses and even do joint missions ranging from anything you can imagine.
Telepathic commincation is and has always been real there's technological type ways of doing it qunatum entagnlment also actualy by passes the so called light speed nonsense rule and others. I talk with the essassani quite regularly and there over 100 light years away for the most part in what u call your milky way galaxy.
