About Startpage.com

Startpage.com leads the google search engine through the startpage.com servers. So you "google" with an anonymization service (startpage.com) in between. Startpage.com doesn't track any logs or IPs.

Furthermore, you can anonymize the search result with "anonymous view".

The anonymous view "removes" your IP and e.g. JavaScript and fingerprinting Code from websites.

• Show 'Switch to Startpage.com' popup -> off

Results Appearance

• Results per page -> 20
• Open search result in a new window -> on

Privacy and Safety

• Video family filter -> off
• Use POST vs GET -> on for privacy, off if you want to share the startpage.com search result links
• Show proxy safety suggestions -> on
• Web/picture family filter -> Do not filter my results
• Only connect to servers that are -> Closest / fastest
• Save
