In today’s world, based on openness and availability of information, at a high speed of its distribution, on social networks, it becomes very important for companies to have their own brand.

A brand is the most powerful tool for the development of a company, and corporate culture is a part of the identity of this brand.

Modern office space is a hive of activity and communication, which is almost impossible to be headed only by the presence of a leader. Individuals are what makes a company successful, and they should be united by corporate culture. And we totally understand that.

Organizational ethics of the company has a huge impact on job satisfaction and the productivity of employees, which is why our CEO, always thinks and takes care of the company’s internal climate.

Our main goal is to make our organization to feel like it’s a second home in order to create effective employees who are motivated to achieve better results and intend to stay with the company in the long term. To execute this we are always try to make our lives in the office more interesting. For example: our team buildings, birthday celebration parties, sport activities, computer game championships. In addition to this, being involved and concerned in our future generations, we implement on practice such things like hackhathon and sprint.

Hackhaton is a competition for IT developers, where experts from different areas like programmers, designers, managers are working together to solve a problem. Here, we give an opportunity to participants’ show their abilities and what’s more important earn money for this. This is very interesting competition which last a day and a half. Such practice gives to younger generation a taste of real working life and expose their abilities to think faster, be more creative, work in the team.

Sprint- is 36 hours of hell, joking..=) This is 36 hours of working, without food, resting and going home. There is given only 36 hours in order to accomplish or complete given task. Last sprint was for IT developers, and they showed master class, first of all, to themselves. They have completed their task in only 36 hours, whereas they could have been doing it for a month. In other words, Sprint — is a good platform to shake any person and open their boundaries as well as mind, and see where they are standing and what they actually can do. As a result people always wonder how much they could achieve during this little period of time.

One of our companies’ politics is to hire those individuals who do not stand around and always strive to develop themselves.
