I've not recognized how true this is until you work with teams that don't work out in the end. Team composition is critical.

Absolutely agreed. I don't think my post would resonate much with me 5 years ago. Sometimes we have to learn the lessons by ourselves. I write just to remind myself and others the experience we have had.
