“Man needs difficulties. They are necessary for health.” Carl Jung

However, most people instinctually avoid pain.

The road to progress is naturally paved with obstacles and resistance, even though these setbacks are an indicator that we are moving in a different direction, making an effort involving our body & mind to grasp a new reality.

Effort, will and capacity to conceptualise circumstances and find proper action to obtain different or desired results are the cornerstone of the development process.

You could be moving up the leader or just keeping up. Either way, these foundation elements are not bought or traded, and can not be dodged.

Sometimes, there are shortcuts, but you can not avoid the entire process.

I met several people who argue that circumstances are not favourable for them and others have more resources, know how or network. Most of the times, the main circumstance that stops them is the way they see the world, their mindset and narrow point of view.

Any endeavour requires openness to brand new world views, even if you are a manager, an entrepreneur or if you are looking for your next career advancement.

Nothing in the world will make the journey easier, but there are things that will help you and facilitate this transition. One of them is having a group of people who can take you there, who give you feedback and keep you on track, people who inspire you to reach further and not give up when everything inside you screams QUIT.

Our contribution through cv30 is to facilitate your discovery and match you with the team that will make it a reality.
