In 2009 Evgeny graduated from the National Research Nuclear University (MEPhI). In his own words, he chose the broadest specialty that he managed to find – applied mathematics and computer science. During the education he learned programming languages, about 15 physics and 20 abstract mathematics disciplines.In 2007–2008 even before getting his first job experience he traded on the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges for more than a year using algorithms.In 2010, Evgeniy obtained the position of managing analyst in CJSC Financial Collection Agency, where he was engaged in analysis, development and implementation of strategies and tactics for overdue loans collection. In the same year 2010 he switched the job on the recommendation of his colleagues and obtained the position of a business analyst in the largest retail unit of PJSC «Promsvyazbank».

In Promsvyazbank, Evgeny has achieved a significant career growth. By the time he left the bank in 2015 he had been performing the duties of the head of the business analysis and planning department of the retail unit, where he took part in due diligence and assessment of the outlook and risks of large bank mergers. In his own words, the ability to take full responsibility, which he developed during the period when he traded on the exchange, has helped him a lot in his work.Since 2016, he has been running his own family business and alongside consulting businesses regarding the implementation of effective management accounting.In the ZODIAQ project Evgeny is responsible for the economic and financial block and business plan.
«Now my colleagues and I are doing a broad marketing study of the risk factors of all ICO projects of 2017, and we are studying not only fintech ones, but the market as a whole. We want to identify the factors that are relevant for investors and the community and influence the success of an ICO – and to build our model in accordance with these requirements. In second block we will describe in detail the entire technological part of the project. And the final stage is to build the project’s financial model».
