The hunt is on!

Hello Steemians! I'm very pleased to present my first digital illustration in quite a while. I'm very proud of this new Vector of everyone's favorite bounty hunter. This one really showcases what I can do with Affinity Designer.
I am blown away by the results as I don't know what the illustration will look like before the visual effects. With Affinity, you can create great lighting and 3D effects.

Really hope you enjoyed this one! It's nice to be back doing art for Steemit. I had to take some time off as I've been learning how to trade my Steem on the Crypto Currency Exchanges. It has been a learning experience...
Keep an eye out for more Star Wars as well as my original art in the near future :)

Let's take a look at the design process below. The pencil to Vector journey...

great post, wow really robot digital art. 100% like and resteem

Thanks... Robot?

Very interesting to see the process, hope you don't take too long of a break before doing your next one.

Can I ask, what is the purpose of the R * on the pen drawing?

Thanks you! Wow, you have a keen eye. As you can see, the symetry was a bit off on the drawing. I marked that side as being the right shape and proportion. Once you create vector objects, you can edit and move them around. I basically got everything lined up how I wanted it :)

Creative industry too so I notice things :)

Thanks for that, makes a lot of sense once it's explained.

Ok cool, what mediums do you work in?

Glass

Oh yeah, I looked at one of your pieces. Very intricate.

Very nice! I like the transition from pencil to vector

Cheers @opheliafu! I know it's not your thing but you might enjoy playing with Affinity Designer. Be interesting to see what you could come up with.

I just had a look- it's for Apple? Which i don't currently use.

No, no! I got it for PC ;)

That is just awesome bro. You really got talent.

Thank you man, I appreciate that.
