I almost got invited by my friend to watch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker in the cinema today. It was for people working in media and so on, but unfortunately, he decided to bring his kids instead of me. Haha :) Well, lucky me - I got to play some football instead, so I shouldn't complain.
But, what did my friend say about the movie once it was finished? First of all, he said that his kids almost fell asleep (they are both under 10 years of age), and he said that he felt like it was quite lame. And in his final comment, he wrote that The Mandalorian is way better.
Yeah, so that is the first feedback I have gotten on the most recent Star Wars movie. I don't know when I will get to watch it, but I guess sometime between Christmas and New Year. Until then, I will watch other awesome TV shows instead. There is so much to watch, and so many movies to watch. Not long ago, I watched Klaus, the fantastic Netflix original movie for kids, and I found it to be amazing. I read the @Gooddream review of the movie a while ago and decided to watch it with my kids... and we all found it to be amazing.
First of all, I look forward to the final two episodes of The Mandalorian on Disney+. Then I watch His Dark Materials on BBC/HBO, and then you have Vienna Blood, a series I really enjoy. And then you have the brand new Netflix movie, 6 Underground. In other words, there is so much to see and so little time.
Right now, I also noticed a brand new BBC movie named Responsible Child. It is about a child who kills the partner of his mom, simply to protect the family. But, should he be judged for murder/killing, or how will this all become as the case is taken to court?
