The story of the missing Wookie

True story. From what I have heard. Ewoks were never supposed to have been a thing in the star wars galaxy.

George Lucas wanted to film a planet full of wookies. Given the restrictions. The food that people were eatting back then, not having enough growth hormones. Maybe it was just different times. There weren't as many really tall people as George Lucas would have wanted.

Lacking the sophisticatoin of the current days technology, they were running low on options. So instead of limiting the film and number of actors involved. George Lucas went with midgets. Or dwarfs as they were called back then.

If you noticed before, Wookie spelled backwards is actually Ewok.
