Why are the weekends less visited than working days, shouldn't it be the opposite. As for payouts it looks great and the new users and traffic also looks promising for the future. Hope we see some more activity on thr weekends. Thanks for this informative article!

Firstly, another great post.

A couple of points on the above:

  1. On the approval process, have also read here (https://www.reddit.com/r/steemit/comments/6g7pma/steemit_verification/) that some people are having problems. I tried to register a second account for my business with the same phone number and it didn't work, perhaps it was auto-blocked as a spam account after seeing a duplicate number.

  2. Are the payout graphs in 8 showing values in STEEM or USD? I assumed that there would be a fixed number of STEEM paid out every day, split by the weighted total of up-votes?

All number in the payout graphs are in SBD.

Question: Where are you able to find the stats for these graphs? Is it something you would be willing to share? Thanks for the invaluable info @arcange. Much appreciated!

All of the information arcange is using is transposed from the steem blockchain which is a public ledger IE anyone can access it. Interms of how he is computing the information he is likely using homespun( because he is a programmer) methods of analysing the data. If you would like to look at the raw values of steem some of it can be viewed on https://steemd.com/ alternatively if you having coding experience you can take a look at the different APIs that our community has developed https://www.steem.center/index.php?title=API_Libraries

Thanks much @raymonjohnstone for the info. Will definitely look into that!

My pleasure friend.

Plenty to analyse there! Re: distribution of reputation, seems like Rep 50 is a stalling point? Any other reason for that other than it being a nice round number?

It is easy to gain reputation at the beginning. Then it becomes harder and harder.
I will publish a post about it. Stay tuned.

Thanks, i certainly will!

Here it is!

Thank you! I wrote a reply but it didn't appear!

What is a 'crap' pose statistics wise?

Thanks for putting all this together! Very informative.

Some good graphs, I think that the party is just getting started.

I am happy with slow and steady growth, it gives us time to get all the bugs worked out of Steemit.
