I am also just informed by a Korean member who joined 12 days ago that his first $100+ post was downvoted (so from $140 to $20). The post has 300+ views and 23 comments at the moment. He is so discouraged now.

Reeeeally? That doesn't seem very fair to those who are legit with one account attached to their phone numbers. That should be fixed otherwise things can get out of hand in my opinion. I could just have 1,000 accounts with ten buddies and just upvote crap day and night and destroy people actually putting themselves into posts and not trying to game the system. Hello! As you'll see, most of them are westeners. Also, to make you feel better, it looks like someone is a bad programmer and @yougotflagged doesn't work as it should. Same thing for @steemservices and @thebotkiller.

I have talked about this with friends, and 'toxic' behavior is difficult to avoid. Getting to reddit levels of downvoting without seeing the post might not become the case, but as the community grows, 'toxic' or jealous people are bound to join as well.
