In what had definitely been an exciting month on Steemit, we take a look back at the top authors, curators and posts of August.

While a lot of new interesting people joined us this month and made a statement, some of the top authors from last month managed to keep a place in the spotlight. One thing is sure, competition is fierce!

With over $1.2 million paid again this month, Steemit has proven that its growth is real and strong.
