Flag-war stats for posts made on 2018-06-12
This daily post lists stats on the top downvoters and top downvoted regarding to posts that just closed their six-and-a-half-day voting window.
The script that generated this post, batch-processes downvotes and upvotes on one day of posts at the moment that voting has closed for that day. The below lists show the top accounts involved in high powered down voted on both sides of the downvoting process.
Votes are sorted by timestamp of casting as to distinguish between the downvote and the flag-only part of the negative vote.
The asyncsteem script used to create this post is available as part of the asyncsteem sample_code..

A downvote cuts into reputation if the voter's reputation is higher than the votee's
The only differences between flagging above zero and flagging below zero AFAIK is that below zero only reputation is affected and I am lamost sure that it creates a deeper hole of negative rewards which translate to 0 rewards by payout time.

Yes, this one uses RSHAREs now. Wanted to do that with the old script, but steem-python simply had too much problems to make that scale to the extra API calls needed. The current scripts are a rewrite using asyncsteem. Still need some fine tuning.
Think I'll keep the two versions in for now until I figure out what ranking makes the most sense. Pull requests that could help make the stats or vissualization better are very much welcomed.
