I don't have any knowledge on the account recovery subsystem, but you really don't want some shady account you cant identify as account recovery account. So try to go d someone who can help figure this out for you. It might be it's just an official steem account, and nothing is wrong, or you might somehow have been tricked into setting a scam account as recovery account. Ive been known to jump to wrong conclusions in situations like this, so try to find out what it is.
