Так в том-то и дело, что я старалась вписываться. Я так рассчитала, что "Deadline is in 24 hours at 23:59 CET (UTC+1)" - это 2 часа ночи по Москве. Это ошибка? На что ориентироваться?

А вот с датой не знаю, как . Я-то на поздние посты у себя вижу соответственно другую дату, так как 2 по Москве - это уже следующий день. Но у меня всё по московскому времени отображается.
