I don't think so that travel and tourism should be opened at the time , lives are dying , have you seen the infection chart , it is only going up and many people are quarantined not seeing their family. So if travel operation opens at this time there will be more numbers of people getting infection and will can get this quarantine last much longer . I am a traveller too but in this situation its better to be happy looking your past travelling photos it really brings nic memories . Even transportation opens for travelling what do you expect one , only 3 person in a bus or train to be seated or what .
