you should compare the min. voting power that you have set for the service and the voting power you currently have, that will give you the answer :)

Ah so that means if i set 80% of power, that not means that i give to Steem-bounty 80% of my total voting power but that it should be at least 81%?

we will only vote on your behalf if your voting power is above 80%. We would then make only 1 vote. If you had 100% would be able to vote several times (like 12) until 80% is reached.
