Hashflare OWN profitability Numbers

The price of 1TH SHA-256 is $150. According to calculations, daily mining profitability is $1,44. Taking the maintenance and electricity fee into the account ($0.35 per 1TH per day), we get the following numbers:

$1,44 - 0,35 = $1,09 – daily contract profitability
$1,09 х 30 = $32,7 – monthly contract profitability
$32,7 х 12 = $392,4 – annual contract profitability
“So why should I care about all these boring numbers” and what does it all mean? Quite simple! This means that according to the current data, the return on investment time for any SHA-256 contract is just under 140 days, while the profitability is over 260% per year.

1.-Get our investment back

Hashflare offer us a year contract, so it is really important to plan to get our investment back. It could not be any easier:

If we invest 0,5 Bitcoin, after one year WE MUST HAVE 0,5 Bitcoin.
WE must keep at all costs every month 0,0417 Btc (0,5 Bitcoin / 12 months = 0,0417 Btc)
Do NOT plan to spend this money.

2.-Growthing the tree: Re-invest

We have to take into account our own personal needs and preferences here:

Do you wanna spend it all to pay for the rent?
