I prepare this post in conjunction with @elizacheng's initiative for the children known as #MyJuniors. MyJuniors will kick off today as an initiative by @bitrocker2020 and spearheaded by @elizacheng. As fellow Malaysian, we are fully supportive of this idea and here is my small contribution.

My second child created this project for her school work and she is being assisted by her able friend and she come to me as her Art Director.

Here the art work involves using recycled materials such as old newspaper, old picture frame and a clock. The project was selected by her school for their school creativity gallery which I think is a good idea because it rewards the student for their creativity and effort with recognition.

My girls are very close to me, and my friends know how I am when I talk about them...I get all soft and mushy...I guess all daughters do that to their father. I am no exception. My daughter is a funny girl, she is bubbly and talkative and she has a bit of my vibe in her, she is a creative fox. She is slow in her maths and science but very good in art and interacts well. Her friends will crowd around her when he tells her jokes. I guess she is like the clown in her class but a likeable one.

Her Second Project

This is her second project and this time it involves using paper box. She has been quite creative in her creation. She has these boxes cut into many squares of various sizes and she had it arranged till it formed the Malaysian Twin Tower. If you have no idea how the twin tower looked like, here is a sample.

This project won her the 1st prize in her school craft contest.

I am not too sure if she attributes her win to her creative father being her Art Director or to her friend who has helped laughed at her jokes when she was busy putting her pieces together.
