Undervalued Steem Dolars

I don't know how the pricing of steem dolars should work, but I already saw the steem dolar price is undervalued.
It cost now UNDER 0.00127 so this is about 0.82$
20% lower than should be... good time to buy?

    Thanks for pointing this out. After first payouts i know SBD was around 1.30 -1.40 at Poloniex.

    The goal is to keep the steamdollar at 1$. THis is obtained by offering people an interest rate for keeping steamdollars in their account.

    Originally this interest was 10%, and the idea as that people would want to trade dollars for steamdollars, earn 10%/year. Last week, steamdollars were trading far over 1$. SO perhaps he interest rate was already lowered.

    As with all cryptocurrencies, I suppose we will have high volatility, especially in the beginning. If you have faith that the 1SD = 1$ can be maintained in the long run, than Yes, now would be t time to buy :)

      Its hard to say, but a steem dollar is supposed to be worth 1 US dollar so it could be a good idea to get some. I think your most important investment would be to buy Steem coins directly and power up your account so that you will earn more for blogging and upvoting.
