But if so.... what does that mean?
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
Submit
It means no censorship resistance, no ownership of data. Kind of building Facebook on top of Steem. Difference is you have to pay for it. Not good for Steem, but very good for the people behind it I guess.
