Bengali Rui fish cake Recipe

Hello Everyone,
Hope everybody is well. Today I will share with you the recipe for making a Bread made of flour with my hand-made rui fish.

I pray want everyone. I don't know how much it will be good for everyone.

My final process Bread and Fish Recipe :

First mix two cups of flour, two tablespoons of soybean oil, half a teaspoon of salt in a bowl.

Then you have to mix water little by little. Make a soft dough.

The flour dough should be kept for twenty minutes.

Now it's time to make Rui fish puree.

I washed and cleaned the pieces of Rui fish well with water.

After that, the fish should be smeared with a small amount of salt and turmeric.

Then you have to give the same amount of oil for frying in a pan. First I am frying the fish. Once fried, I chose the fish cuts from the fish pieces.

Now I will wet the cut fish. I will mix these fish with light brown fried peach. I had already fried the peaches.

Ginger paste with onion, half a teaspoon, salt to taste, half a teaspoon of chilli powder, half a teaspoon of cumin powder, mix well and fry until a little brown color. I made lentils and made small loaves of bread with a little dry flour.

After that, I covered the bread with a little fish pu and a small loaf of bread.

After that, with the help of a knife on both sides of the bread, you have to cut 5 or 6 spots.

Then bring the right side of the bread on the right side and the left side and press it.

After that, for the shape of the fish, you have to make a tail by cutting the part of the tail of the bread.

After that, I made eyes with a clove on the part of the head of the fish.

Then I put my cake in a pan for frying in oil, and fry as much as I want to eat.
