I'm new to the steemit community so thanks for the info. I have a question, I have seen people discuss among the comments because they do not share the views. In these cases can one censor the other? If so, who is censored receives any sanction? who or how verify that there are reasons to censor?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
