Steemit issue with ~ in urls

Hi there,

I think i have found small bug in steemit. In this post > https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@whd/want-to-make-own-trading-bot-you-should-check-markov-chains < url is not displayed as clickable reference. 


 http://www.statslab.cam.ac.uk/~rrw1/markov/   test

http://math.arizona.edu/~faris/combinatoricsweb/ some other url with approx
