Steem-music first gathering

Today, 11th of Febuary 2018, is the first Steem-music gig and gathering. All steem-musicians from around Kuala lumpur/Selangor came together and had a really great open gig night at Liberal Latté. It was definitely an awesome night getting to meet some of the musicians from steem-music face to face and get to know each other!

As we all know, Steem-music was found by @calebleejl and @perennial. I am personally very grateful for them both for creating this amazing community for musicians! We had a few performances as well from the artist form steem-music! First of them all was @edward-ong, I have to say he is a very talented and humble freestyle guitarist, I really enjoyed his performance!!

Next up we have a pair of twins @joanneandjulia, who also just joined steemit not long ago, performing for us two songs! One of the songs was also a rap song by Macklemore! Pretty cool how they could rap so good and play guitar at the same time!

One of my favourite performance, was performed by the talented @calebleejl and @silviagoh! Their chemistry is really so good, performing most of the classiest songs :)

The last performer of the night, he's a visual artist but not only that, he also is a talented musician himself! @kymio !

That's for it for all of the performance! To sum it all up, it was really a good experience getting to meet these amazing people from steemit in real life! Some of them have been familiar from screen but its really good to be able to get to meet them face to face and just mingle around! I really hope for more of these gatherings to happen in the future, Steem-music is really a good community for musicians to get to share their talents and creativity in the music field! You never even know how much talented people you can meet here!

Side track , during the steem-music open gig night! There was also this girl who was just painting by the side of the cafe! I'm not really sure or even don't think she's part of the steemit community yet, but seeing her being so passionate throughout the whole night just painting while enjoying the music! That really caught my eye on how passionate she is for her own hobby!
