I was awake at 5:30am, tomorrow I’m gonna shave another hour of that until I start waking up each day at sunrise. It’s gonna be awesome to see the day at sunrise, as long as I can see a bit of light through the roof I’m gonna get up, it’s gonna be weird to switch my day around but while the weather is like this I’ve gotta do something — I’m off to a good start already thou.
Great to see steem pump overnight, I don’t think it’s gonna stay like this for long but it’s nice all the same to see some activity happening — props to all those people who kept the faith and kept turning up with their daily proof of brain on the blockchain — activity is better than a pause in my book! :)
I’d still like to see steem over $2 of course and sustain that for some time, that would be a nice little comfort.
Talked a bit quickly about fortnite and how that game with their interactivity ‘events’ are changing the way that games create ‘audience development’ inside of games that are normally flat and static, incredible to see how they are fusing storytelling and these ‘seasons’ as they transition from month to month — I feel like this is just the start of doing some crazy stuff with this game, it’s certainly a way to keep things fresh! :)
Yeah the switch to night shift is gonna be weird at first, I’m gonna try and align it with sunrise, which could actually be really cool for a meditative state in the morning wake up cycle, maybe I’ll setup a table and chair outside as the sunset comes up and my laptop and write, take ten minutes to really zone into the starting up energy of the day — especially because it’s warm and really light at 4:30am.
Ideally I just need to shift the 12hrs+ that I’m awake now per day and shift that around so I’m that I’m working early start when it’s quiet and cooler and so my cpu is not overheating and locking up, it’s been brutal here in the heatwave in the uk and it’s gonna continue for the next two weeks at least so we gotta switch things up! :)
