For the betterment of platform :

I Have An Idea to share:

I hope you all are doing well, kindly read the whole comment and suggestions.
I have also been a user of this platform for a long time. And I had to leave this platform because the attitude of the team is not good. If you talk about improvement and give any advice to the team, you seem to be making a mistake. Now I will hardly ever use this platform again. But one advice I would definitely like to give to the team, if they want to develop the platform. Two things can be done much better if done by a team. Their results will also be quite good.
Number one, if somehow the team does challenges that only promote the platform, and all the social media and other promotions are involved, but before doing that promotion, eliminate the clubs and have a community say that. Especially where there is work for freelancers, i.e. work done on freelancing websitesIt can be done there. Designing, writing, editing etc. can be purchased. And it has a special community, and a special group of the community. Do this in exchange for the base coin of the platform. For example, edit a video and give it to others for 5 steem. etc. So, first of all, it will be necessary to attract the attention of such people, who need such work, that is, those who are going to hire. Freelancers will come together anyway. There should be a special discord group of the community where the remaining issues can be resolved. The way the team is engaged, diary games and engagements etc., don't just rely on them. Take this initiative together and I would request that if you have to think about the future of the platform, please come together and consult about it.
Second, create a learning community where you can learn how to use the platform. There should also be competitions, who created the best content, and all these things the team saw themselves. Don't leave it to moderators who let the people they like win, whether their posts follow the rules or not. And are tough for every new user. And this I have noticed a lot in some engagement posts. Just stopped using it myself, but still linked to the platform. My chances of returning may be difficult, but I still want the platform to improve. What @huzaifanaveed1 brother said on the previous post is quite correct. But it is sad to know, that just for giving advice, the vote was removed from his post. Which was given. How do you run a platform like this?
So I hope you will consider my words. And if you agree with me on something, you can talk to me in detail.

Regards @abdt.
