Look at @ned s tweets about fear of governance (weather hes talking about regular government or crypto I have no idea)

Why is @ned so scared of allowing steem to have a worker proposal system? It's not really that big of a deal when it comes to governance... dash has one bitshares even has one and many steemians that use both steem and bts are already postong on bitshares worker proposal getting projects funded for bitshares.
Someone tell ned to stop promoting only bitcoin when he should promote bitcoin and steem- maybe mentioning how with BTCp on steem-engine.com you can already use bitcoin inside steem for free and instant transactions and anyone with the btcpegged asset in their steem.account can withdraw it from the smart contract for just 1% fee to the BTC main net which is a fraction of the price of the lightening network. So steem can be used to scale BTC especiallynonce the @steempeak mobile app come out and has built in wallets for every steem.engine asset including btc ltc bch doge and eos.
But anyway it seems @ned is scared of adding a worker proposal to steem aka "governance" so maybe we CNA get blocktrades to help. @blocktrades Please tell @ned that we deserve the worker proposal system as outlined in the blocktrades posts and which were said to not need a hard fork... BUT adding it into a hardfork seems like good marketing material- a great Upgrade to the blockchain.... either way we need to know we are getting a worker proposal system and we should remind ned that untill he gives up most of his steem he essentially IS steems governance...
Maybe all of this has been set up and decided on and is ready to go and is just waiting for hf21... I know blocktrades first said worker proposal would be paid for by inflation then with donations from steemit inc and now I dunno... I think if @ned said he would donate to worker proposal then he will... and I am excited to see the projects ned funds openly in a system where anyone can propose stuff.... a change from the old way where projects got delegated virtually in the shadows because it's hard to see what's going on without one unified steemit page for projects .... and let people vote on spending reward pool inflation and dont make projects have to make posts and blog for their upvotes.... good projects like @vessel by @jesta and @steem-engine by @aggroed and steem keychain by @yabapmatt they deserve consistent funding more than what's being funded via inflation on trending right now... lolol I dont think it will hurt steem to take 1% away from all post rewards and fund SERIOUS hardcore steem infrastructure like an onboarding fountain for example... not a faucet but a FOUNTAIN to create millions or maybe just tens of thousands of free accounts every month for a few years.....that's just one example we can fund... a mobile steem app for steem engine is something we could fund.... so many possibilities....
I want to see funded a steem version of monday.com to ORGANIZE WORKERS AND have a HUMAN TaskMaster system...
Also we could fund a steem referal program and a built in steem marketing system that paid steemians to promote steem but at a fraction of the cost to pay for marketing on the free market. We can USE the cheap labor pool of tens of thousands of human beings in Venezuela Nigeria India- countries where people can survive even thrive off a few dollars an hour. We can USE the labor pool on steem and use it to market steem so much we drive the price to a new level and use this profit to grow the infrastructure- buy smartphones- issue them to students and start expanding steem on an industrial scale to grab every student on earth in the developing world into steem.... we can amass billions of loyal lifetime blockchain users who we can pay a few cents everytime they post school work or homework.

Ned isn't an active participant in Steem.
He isn't even the CEO of Steemit anymore.
Can we please get over Ned. He appears to be over this experiment.
