thanks to @pharesim we have https://steeminvite.com and it let's us claim accounts for free since hardfork20 just kicked in. Now we can start creating gmail style invite systems but I was told that wont work, so I really wonder how people will be given new accounts... Ned says he is working on some new onboarding system not just for steem but for all crypto he says... for onboarding normies to crypto he says..... I really want to know if that means steemit.com will finally have a simple bitcoin wallet maybe using blocktrades somehow... that would make steem a killer app for crypto if we had bitcoin wallets...making steem a one stop shop... vessel wallet by jesta could have blocktrades links and end up with bitcoin wallet, or imagine vessel combined with eos voter wallet and bitshares and we had a one stop DPOS wallet for bitshares steem eos and bitcoin. theres a lot of room for improvement
