In my opinion, as a general rule, There should be zero self upvoting. I mean reposting or publishing anything at all would be one validating, verifying, approving or something in the first place. I mean ppsting is upvoting it in a way. Any content create, published and/or reposted has author's/publisher's approval. That counts as a self vote too. So upvoting one's own self is redundant any way is what i am trying to say.
