Are Cryptocurrencies The New Penny Stocks!!

Hello fellow steemians,

I know many of you have heard of Penny Stocks. I have been trading penny stocks for a while now. I have made some money and I have also lost some money. But after some thinking, I wouldn't help but think, cryptocurrencies are nothing but a better penny stocks. You see with penny stocks, you get a limited time to transact on the market, but with cryptocurrencies, you can trade all day and all night.

I still have dead penny stocks on my portifolio and some that keep doing splits on me! I hate those reverse splits! Cryptocurrency has no such thing as reverse split or anything of that nature. You can easily swap a bad crypto for another one, but with penny stock sometimes, well most of the times you are pretty much stuck with the stock you have purchased. Cryptocurrency is easier to deal with because the price moves very rapidly and can be traded any time of the day.

I now own a few cryptocurrency, but I have not invested in any penny stocks for about 6 months now. With cryptocurrency, I see the changes, immediately. Cryptocurrency is very easy to trade and it does not require any age limit so even if you are under 18, you can still open an account and deposit money and start making trades. Cryptocurrencies is more volatile than penny stock which is a big advantage over penny stock trading.

Cryptocurrency trading is growing very fast. With the rise of Bitcoin and now falling, comes many other ways to make money trading “altcoins” or cryptocurrency. I think many people will move from the traditional trading of stocks to cryptocurrency.

Anyways as for me do I think Cryptocurrencies are the new Penny Stock, I would have to say that Penny Stock trading might have had some influence in the introduction of cryptocurrencies. I hope you enjoyed this post. Many more insights and great posts to come...
