Who am I?

My name is Dr. Ahmed Hussein and I am a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology. For those of you who are not familiar with the term, we are commonly know as "Women's doctor"! I am a staff member in Cairo University, which is the number one university all over Egypt .

I specialize in Reproductive medicine and Infertility, which is basically, helping couples get pregnant. Two years ago, I starting using different channels of social media to reach out to people. Spread robust scientific knowledge and educate couple who want to get pregnant. I started a YouTube channel, made my own facebook page, Twitter, Instagram - the whole package. But then Steemit came along!

I always try to provide complex, legitimate, medical info in a simple, easy and fun way. And, like everyone else, get recognized for my work. If I am not mistaken, this is a spirit of Steemit. I might be new to Steemit, but from the first glance, I could tell that it helps good content be recognized from poor content. And you can earn money from it.

I decided to take a step and start posting here as well. My posts will be part English and part Arabic, since many of my followers are from Arabic backgrounds.

I hope this works out. I hope that Steemit is the beginning to a new era of social media. Wish me luck. Hope to know your opinions and, of course, I am open to any suggestions.
