Just a thought. I'm not really too tech savvy, but wouldn't it be more decentralized if vote distribution was even throughout the chain?
I'm just trying to figure out if there's is another way to keep the power in the hands of every individual the same while still keeping it decentralized. but sadly O never see anything good coming out of a monetary society anyways. History has always proven monetary systems always end major disappointment.

What you mean throughout the chain? Its done on the chain. Depending on your staked SP it has less or more weight.
