Ok lost the big bitcoin train even though i really wanted to buy in 2011 wasnt possible for some issues i am not going to wright just now ,after all this time joined steem it today and wanted to buy some steem dollars ,obviously i dont have bitcoins or any other currency so i tried to buy with my debit card on changelly and thats were my adventure stoped ,after 40 min of trying to buy and going all the way throw the all process like maybe 6 or 7 times i see there is a chat online help and i ask there :) they say oo we have some issues with the usd purcheases try euro ,was happy after all i really wanted to buy so i went and tried euro weeeeee went all good just to find out i need to record a video of myself holding my passport and my card while saying some word ,i said ok ill do that to after all i have been throw lol but the record wasnt working so i was sitting in my room holding my passport and my card saying some word and for nothing :))))) cuz it wasnt recording so after all this i told the lady who i was speaking to to refund my money and maybe i will go back another day wich she did on the spot .My question is why is this so difficult when it should be very easy after all we are in 2017
