is Resource Credits good for us or stopping us to work ?

Hope you are doing good and this week is going fantastic for all of you. After the HF20 (hardfork 20) i couldn't work in steemit as portal was not allowing me to work and once it became smooth so for sometime I was not so much active. Now I back to normal schedule and spend more time here in reading posts, voting, and comments. I learn a lot though reading different posts and there are few people whom I follow, I even wait for thier next posts. @chbartist and @firepower both post very good content and I advice you to check their posts. I am sure you will like their posts.

Yesterday I checked my profile in partiko app and saw below account status. After the hardfork steemit introduced a new thing called Resource Credits (RC). Earlier they used to control on voting power which they recharge 20% in 24 hours. But RC is quite a new concept which basically control users with less steem power (SP). I think they assign a limit based on SP that howmnay posts, votes or comments a user can do in steemit.

Currently I have 100% voting power but my RC bandwidth is 55% and it even showing that it will take more than 2 days time to mame it 100% provided i dont work more. If I work more then it will take even more time to recharge it. They even show howmnay vote and comments i can do.

I also checked in steemd.com and found below information there. I usually visit steemd once in a month and this time i checked now after the hf20. I think I have noticed this change late while most of you would have noticed before.

I don't know the reason behind this restriction. May be the steem team wants people to invest and buy steem power or another reason could be to reduce spam in the platform. I am just guessing for these reasons and can be right or wrong. Now it will be difficult for the new users to start working in steemit.Please share your views on this.
