Be a hero. Winners

So if you all remember I ran a contest last week.

It was your chance to recommend a Hero or be recognised as a hero.

We had several nominations for this prize.

These include the following.

Nomination. Recommended by

@thedarkhorse @bjgeese

@simplymike @thedarkhorse

@lynncoyle1 @thedarkhorse

@terminallyill @thedarkhorse

@el-nailul @freedomshift

I have read though some of the content from each nomination. With 5 nominations and only 3 prizes it becomes hard to find who deserves these prizes the most.

These are the prizes given.

@thedarkhorse 2 SBI
@simplymike 2 SBI
@lynncoyle1 2 SBI
@terminallyill 2 SBI
@el-nailul 2 SBI

With all the good work @thedarkhorse has done with pay it forward but that wasn't enough so they created @pifc (pay it forward competitions). This was set up so multiple competitions could be run at the same time. For this I reward the following.

@pifc (bonus) 3SBI.

Forgive me for going over the 3 SBI prizes but I thought the winners deserve the recognition.

Thank you not only on my behalf, but from the community as well @andrewharland! I have no idea how I managed to become nominated, but I am thankful none the less and am now wiser to this blessing of an opportunity that you have presented for us all. What an amazing thing you are doing! Thank you @thedarkhorse, you never fail to surprise me with the astounding work you do in the community!

I cannot thank you enough for this award and for supporting the others who won as well, including @pifc! Awesome stuff you are doing!!!

Thank you very much! It was great that BJ nominated me in the first place, but for you to go and add in the SBI for @pifc is amazing. These shares really start adding up and as we are in the account building phase they will help a lot, but long term SBI shares will help make all contests we run more self funded. Downside to trying to help new members grow their accounts is they tend not to have much of an upvote so what they give in return is small. Not a complaint, just reality of what a contest like ours deals with. So growing the SBI shares to a point which it covers prizes each time we post is critical IMO.

Thank you so much @andrewharland! What an awesome thing you've done here...I love what we can learn from children, right? :) And thank you to @thedarkhorse for the nomination. I'm so proud to be a part of the whole Pay it Forward Movement here with you :)

Thanks a lot, @andrewharland.
I was surprised to see my name in the list, because I haven’t been around a lot lately, due to circumstances.

Thanks to @thedarkhorse for the nomination. We haven’t spoken for a while, but it’s heartwarming - to say the least - that even though I have been absent these last couple of weeks, I haven’t been forgotten :0)

You are loved and us not talking for a little bit doesn't even cross my mind when I think of great people on steemit. You do a lot for everyone and very deserving of being nominated and winning. Loved this "Forgive me for going over the 3 SBI prizes but I thought the winners deserve the recognition." @andrewharland showed a lot of class with that move in my book.

I can only agree to that :0)
(And thanks!)

I dont get this @andrewharland. What did I do so then I get this honorable prize? thank you very much for your support. For the rest of the people you mention I knew they have done such a great things for community. may you are always blessed

Just post your link (plus upvote this post) and Ill choose the best three to win.

My super hero:
My Journey: Isolated Tribe Mentawai #End - @el-nailul (48)

This is the end of the series documenting his journey, leading a team, to remote places and reached out to help remote tribes.

besides the dangerous venture into the jungle helping primitive tribes, he had to keep the team fed - cooked for 50 people with canned meats, rice and instant noodles - extra instant noodles for those tired of rice. Plus, he had requested and gotten help from the international humanitarian organization(s) to help the remote tribe to better water supply, something that we take for granted but critical to the tribes.
