According to Morgan Rockwell, the CEO of Bitcoin.inc, The long speculated anonymous entity in the name of Satoshi Nakamoto who created Bitcoin, was none other than the crypto genius Hal Finney who passed away in 2014.
According to Wikipedia : Harold Thomas Finney II (May 4, 1956 – August 28, 2014) was a developer for PGP Corporation, and was the second developer hired after Phil Zimmermann. In his early career, he was credited as lead developer on several console games. He also was an early bitcoin user and received the first bitcoin transaction from bitcoin's creator Satoshi Nakamoto.
There has been a lot of speculation on real identity of Satoshi Nakamoto ever since the revolutionary currency Bitcoin came into existence in 2009. Hal finney was the main developer at the bitcoin Original bitcoin team. He is also the Person who eceived first ever bitcoin from the Genesis account which belongs to Satoshi Nakamoto.

Among many of the Possible candidates of being Satoshi Nakamoto, Hal had been leading the race however he denied being Satoshi till his last breath, the possible reason being life threats from anonymous people Bitcoin extortion.
Today Morgan Rockwell confirmed that Hal Finney is the real Satoshi, putting an end to all the speculations. Hal was a real brilliant mind with passion to bring change to miserable lives of people with the use of technology. His creation Bitcoin has been widely adopted and still continue to rise in its adoption as global currency.
I Am and always will be a great Fan of Hal and his work for humanity. He showed us a new light I'm times when we really needed a solution to increasing centralization.
