It is intended to be technical but still approachable to average people, and the reason is so they can really understand deeply the system design. You may prefer Part 1, which was more concise.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
