Why is SBD printing so hard and why aren't arbitragers balancing out the price difference? seems like massive opportunity here.

    SBDs only print when the debt ration is under 10%. This only happens when the price of steem is worth more than $.28. Which is what we have right now. SBDs are trading at $5 right now on external exchanges which provides a great opportunity for Steemit users.
