I think you are incorrect, its all about the content, and the consistency, if everyone could make 2 posts and a comment and become rich, well that would be awsome but thats not how it is :)
Make some good blogs, or check out other stuff and make some very good comments.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
