Hey tipu, I'm fairly new to steemit and tried to use this service 7 days ago to promote (with 15 sbd) a dtube video I made (
) but never received an upvote or refund. I thought it might be an issue with the bot interacting with the dtube client but had tested lesser amounts with minnow pond and thunder curator with no issues.
Hoping to get a refund and an explaination of how I could promote dtube videos with this, if it is possible, thanks
