@mrviquez and I first connected in our hometown of Buffalo, NY through @adept and spent the whole summer of 2017 hanging at the weekly Bitcoin Meetups every Thursday.

The Bitcoin Meetups which had been running in Buffalo since late 2013 pretty much turned into Steem Meetups or Steemups as we called it because @adept bought a ton of Steem which helped drive a lot of adoption here.

We look forward to seeing Steem and Hive continue on and will work to bring value to each blockchain.
